Question on quantity of food and day 2.

I am doing this diet for the first time and am almost successfully about to complete my day 1. My present weight is 180 lbs and have to reach around 135 lbs, so I might do this multiple times with break in between depending upon the results I get from this first round. I would like to list down my day here so that I get to know if I am doing something wrong.

Day 1:
- Before breakfast: 2 glasses of water with some lemon drops.
- 50 mins walk.
- Breakfast: 1 Apple.
- Lunch: 1 cup of Cantaloupe.
- Evening: 2.5 cups of watermelon.
- Dinner: May be 4-5 strawberries or 0.5 cup of cantaloupe. (am yet to have dinner)

Did I eat very less today or is the quantity okay? I wasn't feeling hungry at all in the entire day but now at the end of day, am feeling tired and little hungry. I had about 8-9 glasses of water by now and still would have 2 more glasses.

Plan for Day 2:
- Before breakfast: 2 glasses of water with some lemon drops.
- Walk for 30-40 mins.
- Breakfast: 1 Boiled potato.
- Lunch: Have made a huge salad with cucumbers, some onions, tomatoes and carrots.
- Evening: Steamed green peas, yellow corn. Raw cucumber, carrot and beet.

Am worried about my calorie intake for day 1. Also, I somewhere read that tomatoes are not allowed on day 2, but I already made a salad with about 2 large tomatoes. Any idea if that's true and why it's not allowed on day 2?

I feel littleeee light, but I doubt that I would have lost any weight today. Should I continue walking for all 7 days? Any other suggestions or tips.

Hello

Thanks for sharing your plan.

Day 1 looks good, it's always good to add lemon to your water if you like. Also, you can even add a little salt to a glass or 2. Especially if you sweat, your body will need salt back. On days like day 1 you are not getting any salt really.

Day 2 looks goo,d I am big on having some fat on the potato. I never comment on what's read elsewhere, I cannot help with stripped down versions of this plan. My assumption is there is nobody there to help with those plans for a big reason.

So far you seem to be headed in the perfect direction.

You an exercise as you see fit. It can really help boost your metabolism, however only if your heart rate hits a certain level, that's why HIT or Boost training is so good.

Thanks for replying Kevin!!
I was following some diets couple of months back through which I had got into less/no sugar and salt. Since I have habit of eating lots of fruits daily, my body doesn't crave for sugar or caffeine any more. Sometimes I take in salt, but these 2 days without salt and sugar were easy for me.

My day 2 is also successfully and easily done with some modifications in the plan I had made. I wasn't able to get in my workout today and had some acidity/burning in my stomach yesterday and today. I sprinkled some black pepper on boiled potato today, tasted good and so was able to skip butter.

Am not weighing in daily as I easily get disappointed with those numbers and so have decided to weigh in on the last day only. Looking forward to day 3.

Again thanks for replying!! Am glad I was able to find someone's support!!
Always happy to help :) Post a question any time.
