Hi i am new to this diet and i am at day 2 now. i have a question on DAY 5 and 6 though, i am planning to eat hamburger on day 5. can i do this? can i eat whole wheat buns and add ketchup and mustard on my hamburger or not?
i just read it. thanks for the reply! what will happen if i use a burger patty ready food? is it that bad?
sure most are junk food full of chemicals, msg, bad oils, etc.... so yes they will cause issues over time...
