Hi i am new to this diet and i am at day 2 now. i have a question on DAY 5 and 6 though, i am planning to eat hamburger on day 5. can i do this? can i eat whole wheat buns and add ketchup and mustard on my hamburger or not?

i just read it. thanks for the reply! what will happen if i use a burger patty ready food? is it that bad?

sure most are junk food full of chemicals, msg, bad oils, etc.... so yes they will cause issues over time...

okay thanks! one last question, i am planning to have on day 5:
breakfast: 2 eggs and veggie soup
lunch: hamburger patty with veggie soup
dinner: same as lunch

is this ok?
so far i have lost 8lbs and i am on my 4th day.

nice loss, eat as much veg as you can, less is not better
day 5 perfect!
