I live in kerala and would like to know if it is fine to eat this for 2nd day. All the vegetables like yam. Potatoes. Carrot. Beans. Unripe plantain. Drumstick are pressure cooked and a coarse paste of coconut, cumin powder, shallot and chilly is added to the vegetables. Is this ok? Pls advice

yam, or plantain or potato only for breakfast day 2 with good fat. They are Pure starch, etc. those are not nutritionally like normal vegetables. It's vital to understand this, if you eat only these often, you are eating pure carbs.

beans are not a vegetable, no. No carrots either.

day 5 and 6 chicken is fine seasoned as you say.
