No, sorry, you cannot add food as you like, could alter things. I understand needing it after working out, so you may have to lighten your load.

The GM diet is a quick great cleanse and a good start, then if you go into on of the top 2 plans posted on the page (1 for vegetarians and 1 for meat eaters) I follow the meat eater plan and lost 100% of my belly weight and I had a ton.
