Is this diet efficient for belly fat reduction as well, I did not reduce at all.

Any way I am on it and determined to complete all 7 days
Day 1 : All fruits only
Day 2 : 2 potato, cucumber
Day 3 : Apple, Cucumber, orange, Mango
Day 4 : 4 banana and milk only
All days 4 to 7 glasses of water.
As I am vegetarian/egg is ok wit me
Day 5 ,6 and 7 - I am planning to stay on Brown rice and vegetables . In your plan I see lettuce - is it Dal ?
Hope to get atleast 3 inches of belly fat down by end of 7 days. I am just 5 kg overweight, but with belly fat.

looks like you barely eat, that's why. not enough veg day 3? why?did you have good fat on the potato? lettuce/dal? confused your question? if you eat eggs, eggs best as much as possible days 5 and 6, 3 max per meal.

yes on pulses the same. gram dal fine as well.
it should reduce it, if not there can be many reasons.
