Pls suggest chnages if any for my next day -Day 5:

B/f - 2 egg omelette with onions, tomatoes
Mid meal - cucumber, cottage cheese
Lunch - Tomato brown rice in olive oil
Mid meal - Coconut water
Lunch - Chicken grilled

There is no mid meal, 3 meals only. the coconut water is fine though.
