What will be my daily diet after completion of 7 days diet plan?
Is the GM diet 7 days diet plan required to be undertaken in the near future?

Do suggest asap...

you can do the diet as you like if you feel you want a weight loss boost However wait 2 to 4 weeks in between each plan.
