I m planning for this plan. but I have hypothyroidism, so I want to ask if I should do this or not. And if I can the I want to ask if I can take lemon water during the diet plan .

lemon water is fine. The ultimate diet for your condition is wheat (all gluten) and sugar free. If you are eating wheat with a thyroid issue, you are constantly damaging it, worsening your condition and will NEVER lose weight. You need a balanced plan, look here at the top 2 posts.
