Hi Kevin. I'm loving the diet so far and feel great.3kgs down so far.tommorrow is day 5 and could I please just check that I'm planning ok and don't ruin it.
Breakfast....2boiled eggs and sliced tomatoes.
Lunch... 5oz of sliced sirloin beef and tomate stir fryied in olive oil.
Dinner...beef burger with fried onion in it.
Water and soup if I'm hungry although I can't imagine I could be. Thank you
