Day 2 , for lunch I made bhaji just like typical Indian pav bhaji. I didn't add potato or oil in that . I made it with onion , tomato , garlic ,cabbage , bottle gourd and ivy gourd . I also added some peas and carrot in that . after eating it I came to know that carrots and peas are not allowed . I just had it . is it OK ? Can I have same bhaji for day 3 ? Is this type of cooked veggies are allowed ?

My second query is : can I add suger free in any of the dish I make in 7 days ? Plz reply

Keep rolling, peas are a legume and are carby so not fit for day 2, but keep going anyway :)

sugar free what?
