Hi Kevin, how are you man ! Just wanted to share that I have completed my 2 weeks of normal dieting plan and by 2mw I'm gona start the GM diet plan once again and this time will follow it strictly InshaALLAH. Wish me a good luck☺.

Good luck. Beware working out first few days without protein FYI, the first 3 days are more detox, so you can be active but do not tear down.

you need protein to rebuild, consider lighter workouts for the first few days, it won't hurt. Your body needs rest, heavy weight and intense working out, sorry to say has been proven too hard for the body - causes oxidative stress they have fond out. HIT training can be just as effective in building muscle, the body reacts properly to it. JUST A KIND THOUGHT :)
