I am on day 5. I started and convinced myself that I should be able to do anything for 7 days. I have lost 5 lbs so far, but I have a few questions...
I don't eat fresh tomatoes, is there a substitute, say tomato soup?
Can I do this diet back to back? Or is there a wait period between weeks?

Wait at least 2 weeks, but if you eat balanced meals, lots of veg, fruit and good protein, cut grains, sugar and junk, you will keep losing more than likely and feel amazing.
