It has been a hard first day with the fruits but it was bit ok. I have finished the Bf and Mid Morning with a Boiled potato for BF and then a Cucumber for a mid morning snack. Planned for a boiled Beetroot and two tomatoes for lunch. Hope i am ok for the evening and Dinner. Feeling little shivers and few hunger craves but controlling . Chillax. Cyu tmrw

did you have good fat with the potato?
