Hi All,
This is my first day of diet and i dont know how can i pass Day2.
So in order for that i need to make myself not at all hungry by eating a lot of veggies.
Im from India.
Is it good to have a hand full of OATS in the mng for day2 or all days of the diet.
Can anyone tell me some good veg receipes for Day2.
Please help me so that i can go ahead with the procedure...
