Hi Kevin, i m taking gm diet for the second time and am on the 4th day. However l
i have nt lost any wt yet. No cheating... last tym lost only 3 kgs. I have a minor water retention ptoblem. Is dis becoz of dat or wat other reason can der be?

likely other reasons. What time of the day do you weigh?

Water retention can do it, too much salt can do it, not enough natural sodium, and even having the wrong salt, however you likely have lost weight, the water is hiding. At some point it should go away.

Hi, My diet for the 7 day GM diet is as under : day 1 b- 2 apples, l - 1 orange and 1/2 papaya, dinner- 1/2 papaya and wondersoup
day 2 b - 1 potato fried in a little butter. L- wondersoup with 1 cucumber N
n a tomato. D - wondersoup
day 3 b - 1 apple. L - wondersoup and a cucumber and orange d- wondersoup with 1/2 papaya
day 4 b - 2 bananas. L - 1 cup milk d - 2 banana and 1 cup milk
day 5 b - ommelette of 2 eggs L - 1 bowl rice with fish d - wondersoup
day 6 same as above
day 7 b - 1 apple and papaya. L - 1 bowl rice with dal D - same as lunch.
Only cheating was 1 cup tea daily:)
Pls correct my diet plan so dat nxt tym the wt reduction is evident....

The plan looks ok, however drinking sugar tea is a huge mistake.
