Hi I am nivi 25yrs old I am following gm diet for the first time and I have completed 4days but yet I have lost only 1kg
I followed exactly everything
Day 1 - ate watermelon, pineapple, papaya whole day , 3l water
Day 2- veg salad consisting of onion, tomato, cucumber with pepper, 3l water
Day 3- watermelon, grapes and veg salad with the above mentioned vegetables, 2.5l water
Day 4- 750ml milk, 5bananas
At the end of the day I have lost only 1kg
Why I have lost very less weight
Should I continue or not

experience similar effects. I was losing wt for the 1st 3 days and i started to gain wt on day 4 when i had bananas, milk and wonder soup

Try it a different way now, will just do day 1 thru 3 and stop - lets see it that helps
