Hi.. i work in night shifts.. i would like some help in order to start GM diet plan according to my work schedule.

Hello and welcome.

You can do it. Clearly keep in mind your sleep/circadian rhythms have lots to do with weight loss/gain. Basically when you wake you start the day like someone on a normal shift. Space your meals out and do the best you can. Let me know if you have any other specific questions.
