Hi Kevin,
I am planning to start my Day 1 tomorrow and this is the first time i am going on diet.
I am an Indian, Vegetarian and I don't eat eggs.
I prepared my diet chart and i am more worried about the diet on days 5 & 6

Day 5: Break Fast: Moong dal and channa dal kosambari
Lunch: 1 cup rice+ tomatoes + veggies+ghee+spices
Dinner: Mixed sprouts and corn
Day 6 Break Fast: Moong dal and channa dal kosambari
Lunch: 1 cup rice+ legumes + veggies+ghee+spices
Dinner:Boiled Broccoli+ Cauliflower with salt & spices
Day 7 Break Fast: Moongdal sprouts with Strawberries
Lunch: 1 bowl white rice+ cooked veg+ spices
Dinner: 1 cup white rice + Veggies

Please help me out.:)

each meal days 5 and 6 needs good fat, and no corn, other than that great.

Thank you... do i need to add anything for fat ?
Dont say yoghurt... i just cant take that.

LOL, no. Ghee, grass fed butter, coconut oil, olive oil

Hi Kevin,
I am on Day 2.
I cant believe i lost 1.5 kgs on Day 1... is this really true..!!
