Hello!
I am doctor by profession..I asked to loose weight 15 kg over one month for eliguptoeligibilty job in armd forces..I belong from pakistan..now adays in winter we cant get water melon or melons..tell me substitute for this..

My other question is regarding quantity of fruite..what do u mean by bowl of diced apple..what will be the size of bowl and cup..how many apples in breakfast??

Hello
Just pick another fruit other than bananas and you will be great.

A cup to a cup and a half. The fruit is flexible day 1. So you can have more if hungry. I truly hope it all goes well for you.

Thankx alot for ur guidence..
It really worked for me..I lost 1.5 kg on day one.(actually I m already on other strict diet plan but it wasnt working for me.)
Today will b the veggi day... hope for good out come

Hello kevin !
On day 5 can I eat chicken instead of beef??can I take grilled( barbecue) chicken with raw tomatos in all 3 meals of day 5??
Instead of meat can I take 6 whole boiled eggs and tomatos ??
What do u think is more beneficial??

Kevin please also tell me simplest but equally effective diet plan for day 6..like eggs or chicken??can I eat raw vegetables instead of vege soup

raw veg fine, eggs are great, 3 per meal or chicken is fine...
