Hi all,
Plz help with letting know that can we have protein powder and egg with this diet. I have joined gym where i do cardio and zumba so need protein for that. :(

No you cannot actually, not sure where you are reading that at, Sorry. Why not light exercise for 3 days then hit the gym hard. Also do not over workout, you are stressing your body, it needs rest, this will not help you lose weight. To me the concept of a gym is a failed concept, you should never workout everyday. And HIT or Burst training far better for you. Consider those :) Just My opinion based on tons of study, good luck :)
