Hi there,
diet going well so far and actually quite enjoying it. I know this has probably been asked before but
1. can I clarify that the wondersoup can be eaten on any day as much as you like?
2. Bananas - how many on day 4 and is it bad to go over the recommended amount? Likewise milk - what is a glass, 250mls?
3. What can you have on any day at any time if you are feeling peckish outside of meal or snack times?

Hello :)

1) yes it can :)
2) 4 bananas, the milk sounds ok.
3) soup, or some raw veg. you can also spice your food as you like.
