Dear admin...
I am on day 5 today..
Have made myself a salad of chana n moong with cucumber, tomatoes, lemon, coriander and salt....is that ok.
I am not consuming brown rice or beef either for the day.
This is the only thing I plan to take for lunch bfast n dinner too.
I have also followed the previous 4 day religiously.
Except for last night...as it was my husband's bday. ..I had a bite of half paneer finger n a spoon of cake....for the sake of occasion. ..I hope it will not work against me???

preferably peas in small quantity, no on dhal...

Dear kevin,
I did not underatand your reply.
I have three questions.
1. Is fresh peas counted among vegetables or dhal?
2. can fresh green peas be taken on day 2 of gm diet?
3. Is it ok to consume chana n moong sprouts mixed with cucumber, tomatoes, lemon, coriander, salt on day 5 in lieu of beef /brown rice? If yes, pls specify quantity.

1) a few fresh peas OK, no dhal.
2) just a few can yes.
3) chana yes on that day, with a little oil/fat. QTY, that's tough, a bowl each meal when it calls for meat.
