I have three questions.
1. Is fresh peas counted among vegetables or dhal?
2. can fresh green peas be taken on day 2 of gm diet?
3. Is it ok to consume chana n moong sprouts mixed with cucumber, tomatoes, lemon, coriander, salt on day 5 in lieu of beef /brown rice? If yes, pls specify quantity.
