I am no doctor, you may want to see one, if it were me, I would add some foods that can help with that. Stay hydrated, you can always restart the diet. This can happens for so many reasons, ate something bad, detox, IBS temporary issue, bacteria, etc etc etc....

Keep in mind going forward, cut these bad foods, it's good you're feeling good, sugar, processed foods and so on....
