Day one and it isn't as bad as I've been told it would be. I have just a few questions I'm hoping someone can help me with.
1. Can I roast the day 2 veggies?
2.Ive been drinking a Chinese liver detox Tea for over a week now.It has zero calories. Can I still continue drinking it.
3.Im looking to do at least 2 weeks of the diet, but I'm wondering if I need to take the 3 days I've seen recommended off,or if I can just continue straight through.
4.My last question. Is there any point in which I could add fish into the diet. I love fish and make it in my house at least once a week.
