Day one and it isn't as bad as I've been told it would be. I have just a few questions I'm hoping someone can help me with.
1. Can I roast the day 2 veggies?
2.Ive been drinking a Chinese liver detox Tea for over a week now.It has zero calories. Can I still continue drinking it.
3.Im looking to do at least 2 weeks of the diet, but I'm wondering if I need to take the 3 days I've seen recommended off,or if I can just continue straight through.
4.My last question. Is there any point in which I could add fish into the diet. I love fish and make it in my house at least once a week.

1) Yes
2) What is in it besides herbs?
3) Up to you, I recommend 2 weeks. Not sure what plan you read and where. However, if you want to do 2 straight, then at least take 3 days off.
4) Day 5 and 6 instead of beef, eat fish...

The tea has the following
2mg Caffeine(from kukicha twig)
Organic chicory root
Organic dandelion root
Schisandra fruit dry extract
Organic schisandra fruit
Organic Lyceum fruit dry extract
Organic licorice root
Organic ginger rhizome
Organic star anise
