sure a few in moderation mixed in with other veg is great...

Tossed a few baby portabella mushrooms in my vinaigrette, put on the foreman grill w/a little seasoning and they are the perfect complement to my salad on day 3. I am a big meat eater so they remind me of steak and I am now satisfied. :)

I am a big grass fed meat eater also, the nutrients in grass fed meat far eclipse anything vegetables or fruits can give. Of course though I still eat loads of veg..​
