Hi,
Am a bit confused on the quantity and the veg I should be eating ,I've seen that on some pages carrot is okay whereas it's not included in the diet given.
2.do I have to eat raw or cooked
3.can I use salt,pepper,oil
4.how much oil can I use on potatoe for breakfast
5.how much water should I consume
6.how many times should I eat throughout the day

Pls reply,I've completed day 1 with watermelon and papaya having them as 1-2 wedges per meal,5 times

1) what pages? not here. I suggest read each day of the plan here.
2) either
3) salt, pepper, dried herbs and spices and a dash of oil fine...
4) olive oil, ghee or butter yes about a large teaspoon
5) 8 glasses give or take 2
6) as we have it if you can, read each day.

Had potato with olive oil for breakfast,1 glass juice cucumber and tomato mixed together ,1 bowl of cabbage cooked with all spices and a tomato,was very hard to eat,but did it some how by God's grace,wonder how people r managing to get through day 2 ,

well eat them in another way, not sure why it's hard for everyone though?
