Hi
I am on the 2nd day of the diet
I have already lost 1.3kgs in a day!!!!!!!
So ya...it definitely works...
I just had a doubt..I wanted to know can I add sugar to the milk on day 4?
If not then how do I consume milk without sugar???
Please let me know ASAP.

OH< please don't ever do that, you are screaming, please help me gain weight when you do that. NEVER ever put sugar in milk, it has enough natural sugar already. If you need it sweeter, try a little stevia.

What about yogurt??
If I replace the milk with yogurt..how much shall I consume in a day?
