Hi All,
I have just started day 1 of the diet and feel pretty good. I am a little nervous for day 4. I hate milk! I'm not lactose intollerant, I just hate milk. Is it possible to substitute fat free cottage cheese for the milk on this day? I've read that yogurt is an acceptable substitute. If that is true does it need to be plain fat free, or would fat free vanilla work.
Any help would be very appreciated.

low fat cottage cheese or yogurt is OK. But no sweetener unless it's a little stevia.

sure if you must, soy is so bad for you try almond or coconut,
