I weighed myself yest after dinner....and on day 2 I had 3 potatoes small size boiled with little butter and pepper for breakfast ...,then I had wonder soup for lunch and some sauted cabbage for dinner and then I was hungry by midnight so I had raw cucumber and tomato with little chat masala....what went wrong
Never eat right before bed or that late, great way to gain weight. YOU cannot weigh at night, you are weighing food, water and body waste, your true weight is when you wake, after going potty before you eat or drink a thing.
