Hi Kevin,

I tried the diet for the first time and lost 2.5kgs.. probably would have done better but was misled by some other blog and ate 7 bananas with milk on day 4...
But i feel really healthy and energitic! :) Your site is really informative and inspires to stay on track.

I intend to do the diet again after couple of weeks. Till then will below plan do?
Breakfast - idli or dosa (can i eat coconut chutney with this?) or omlette
My regular diet consisted of chapathis made of wheat for lunch and dinner with vegetable curry or chicken... To go gluten free I intend to eat a bowl of white rice for lunch and a serving of just vegetables or meat for dinner... Is that ok?

Regards,
Megana

Read this, this will help explain the point of balance with each meal. Omelette great for example. It has good fat and protein. It does need some good carbs, and of course eat lots of veg. If you workout 5 days a week, when do your muscles have time to heal/rest?

I know people hate it when I try to warn folks about wheat and sugar. I'm just telling you out of kindness they are toxic. There is no such thing as a little is OK, etc. I truly think the wheat and sugar are the issue. Once you get more balanced let me know your plan and I will help you along. I am happy to share mine if it helps.
