Hello :)

fruits OK other than coconut.
rice paper fine
veg, no avocado, no yuca and for sure no garbanzo beans. Heart of palm, look it up it cannot be high in carbs, all veg b=need to be low carbs. However day 2 you can have yuca.

The good fats are correct except peanut butter, peanuts are not a health food, way too many issues.

I am on the third day already,
I forgot to ask about other vegetables :
Mushrooms
Olives
About avocado: its well known its a great source of good fat, could it be used as a salad dressing?
Good Fat: tahini, peanut butter and coconut oil home made with no additives? I am a vegetarian so I am not using store bought preprared fat.

Hello :)
olives no for this plan, a few mushrooms sure.

research peanut butter, it's junk food, full or mycotoxins and aflatoxins just to name a few things. It's pure and concentrated and over used. Tahini can be fine sure. coconut oil is great. Avocado sure is great, I am saying no to it for this plan unless it's your good fat when needed.
