Hi,
Is there a list of what we can eat for the whole of the diet? I'm confused when it says vegetables, then it's states no carrots. It would be easier to manage if there was a list of actual food I can eat.

We give a list - gmdietworks.com if you want to sub, stay nutritionally the same. carrots are higher in carbs hence not the same replacement for a cucumber for example.

Hi Kevin, I have looked at the website and don't see a generalized list of all the foods that is allowed on this diet.

look at each day. example if you want to replace cabbage, replace with a no carb veg. We gives loads of what you can have and what not to
