Are Apricots, nectarines and grapefruit ok on this diet

Are Radish, Brussel sprouts, Snow peas and Mushrooms (of any variety) ok in this diet?

Is it ok to add cinnamon spice to a banana and milk smoothie?

Can I add a bit of carrot and mushroom to the soup instead of celery and tomato?

Is it recommended to eat the soup everyday?

2) Yes, not too many peas though.
3) Of course, spice up your food, enjoy it.
4) Not much of either, very little.
5) Eat it when you are hungry, people tend to do better when they do eat it.
