Hello Everybody

I am in my Second consecutive week of the GM's Diet (day 02). I wanted to ask if SOYA MILK is acceptable on all days to add in the coffee/tea since it is not a DAIRY PRODUCT ?

Note: In my first week, I managed to loose 06 kgs in over all weight.

no sorry you can literally only eat the foods on the list, if your a bit fed up and missing your milk/soya have a 1- 2 day break between each 7 days still eat healthily but add a few of the basic things you really miss like some milk maybe even cottage cheese. im on day 3 and lost 4lbs which is pretty good for any diet.
Well done so far :)

You really have to give stuff up, this is only 7 days :)

Try and tick to the list, certain changes can alter how this works unfortunately.
