successfully completed day 1 - followed the sample diet plan
current weight 80.2 kg
i had some cravings for something saltyin the afternoon,however managed without.
happy on day 2 ,after having potatoe

Hi,
day 2 completed. current weight 80.00 kg
really a tough time,but haven't lost much
feels very light on stomach,but feels sleepy in the afternoon.
it will be better today as it is a combination of fruits and veg.

Hi,
i weigh in the morning,after emptying stomach.

completed day 3 - current weight 79.3 kg :)

day 3 was easy compared to day 2
could you please suggest if its ok to use carrots,as i can't eat cabbage
i was stuggling a litle bit on day 2 due to restrictions on carrots and peas, which i usually my favourites.

i know that's why we say eat none. Peas in moderation with a healthy diet are OK. If you are only eating peas and carrots be careful. Peas are a legume actually. A carrot or 2 is OK.

it was easy with banana and milk
no cravings :)

sure, it's not likely real weight, see what happens after the next day. That is totally normal and can happen for loads of reasons.

Hi,

I have started GM Diet on 4th- April with weight of 98.20 kg and I am on day 4 today.

DAY 1 : Fruits day eaten water melon, papaya, sun melon and Musk Melon with workout of 1 hr.

DAY 2: In Breakfast, cucumber,beetroot & boiled veggies(cabbage, beetroot, salad leaf) for next two meals. workout 1:30 hr

DAY 3 : In Breakfast, water melon & papaya
In Lunch, veggies again
evening Snack : Musk melon
Dinner : veggies and water melon workout : 1:30 hr

I have already lost 6 kg of weight (Now 92.4kg):)

Please let me know in case anything is wrong till now.

Hi ,

yes I had half potato on day 3 morning but without Fat :(

DAY 4 : Breakfast : 1 Banana & 1 glass skim Milk
later Morning : 1 Banana
Lunch : 1 cup vegetable Soup
Evening : 1 Banana & Milk
Dinner : 1 Banana & 1 glass Milk
Workout : 90 minutes

Weight Now : 92.2 Kg ( Bananas made me loose fat :rolleyes: )

DAY 5:
Breakfast : I had 1/2 cup of Boiled brown rice and 1/2 up of mix(Tofu, Capsicum, 10g of Soya chunks and sprouts, tomato and onion) boiled & cooked with spices.

Mid Day Snacks : 1/2 cup of sprouts with tomato and Onion.

Will be having :-
Lunch : 1/2 cup of brown rice with 1 cup of of Mix (Tofu, Capsicum, 10g of Soya chunks and sprouts, tomato and onion) boiled & cooked with spices.

Dinner : Sprouts with tomato.


Is it fine for day five or shall I make any changes & also when shall I repeat this diet again?

day 5 is only 3 meals.... not 4 :)
the good fat to me is key day 4, helps in loss for sure, this is not a fat free plan.

I will have small meal in night, Also Is the below mentioned Diet is good for 6th Day :
