day 2, what about the potato with good fat?

yes I had half potato on day 3 morning but without Fat
DAY 4 : Breakfast : 1 Banana & 1 glass skim Milk
later Morning : 1 Banana
Lunch : 1 cup vegetable Soup
Evening : 1 Banana & Milk
Dinner : 1 Banana & 1 glass Milk
Workout : 90 minutes
Weight Now : 92.2 Kg ( Bananas made me loose fat

)
DAY 5:
Breakfast : I had 1/2 cup of Boiled brown rice and 1/2 up of mix(Tofu, Capsicum, 10g of Soya chunks and sprouts, tomato and onion) boiled & cooked with spices.
Mid Day Snacks : 1/2 cup of sprouts with tomato and Onion.
Will be having :-
Lunch : 1/2 cup of brown rice with 1 cup of of Mix (Tofu, Capsicum, 10g of Soya chunks and sprouts, tomato and onion) boiled & cooked with spices.
Dinner : Sprouts with tomato.
Is it fine for day five or shall I make any changes & also when shall I repeat this diet again?
