View attachment 1 Hi, everyone, I'm Brandi and I started this diet on Monday and its Friday and I've lost 6lbs. already! I'm 5ft. and started out at 109, now I'm 103lbs. I've also been working out. I started making the wonder soup today, I've added garlic and cilantro which help to lose weight and burn fat, while increasing metabolism. I'm normally like 95lbs and would like 2 b at that weight again, trying to get that bikini body ya know.:)
