Hi,

I'm in Day 2 diet and feeling bit stomach pain. Had baked potato in the morning, Cucumber and Wonder soup in the afternoon. Is it fine to have stomach pain tablet?

Also for Day 5, it's mentioned to have beef/hamburger for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Can I substitute this with chicken? If so how much quantity should I eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner (please mention in grams)? Can I cook this chicken with ginger/garlic paste and olive oil?

Thanks,
Kumar.

you can take meds as you feel you need or a doc sees you need. chicken is fine, 4 to 5 oz per meal. if the paste is pure yes. meaning no additives, sugars, etc. a little olive oil is OK also

Thanks Kevin.

I'm in 5th day of the diet but see only 2kg weight loss till now (weighed in the morning before having breakfast). Followed the diet till now as mentioned per each day. Had 5 small bananas (Finger sized) , curd and tomato soup for day 4. Walking for 1.5km every day and drinking water as mentioned. Is there any other care I need to take care to reduce weight?

Today, on Day 5, had chicken (around 5 oz) cooked with 2 tomatoes and spices for breakfast. Will have same for lunch and dinner. I hope it's fine to have tomatoes cooked along with chicken instead of having them separately.

Also you mentioned to have vegetables on 6th and 7th day. Can I have carrot, beans, Coccinia/Ivy gourd along with cucumber and cabbage? Also can I have Spinach, drumstick leaves or any other leafy items boiled and slightly fried in little olive oil?

Is it fine to fry any boiled vegetable in little olive oil and eat them during diet?

Thanks,
Kumar
Hello
The soup helps with weight loss in this program for many. No other tips other than stock to the plan.

A carrot or 2 is OK. Beans can replace meat with good fat. a little gourd is OK as well. the rest is great. leafy greens are OK as well. do not deep fry but a light stir fry yes.
