Hi

I am 37 years old female. I weigh 145 pounds. I am from India and strict vegetarian. I want to lose 15 pounds. Where should I start. Is this realistic goal?

It is realistic the diet can help propel you forward but it's how you eat afterwards that will really make the weight stay off.

Thanks for the reply. How many months will it take approx to lose 15 pounds?

My day 1 plan is:

pear for breakfast
orange snack
strawberries lunch
orange snack
kiwi strawberry dinner

does this look good?

depends on each person, but if you eat right after the diet maybe just a month or so...
