I do 2 things on day 4 that may work for you. First, I use rice, almond or coconut milk instead of cow's milk since I am lactose intolerant. Second, I make a blender full of banana smoothies for breakfast and dinner (Wonder Soup for lunch). In a blender I put 3 bananas, 2.5 cups of the rice milk and fill it with ice. Blend until mostly smooth. I say mostly because it is important to chew the smoothie to properly digest the bananas. The act of chewing stimulates the saliva production necessary for proper digestion and nutrient processing. This gets all three things you need for the meal, bananas, milk and water all in one delicious glass! I'm on my 8th run through the diet and have lost 47 lbs so far...so good luck to you!
