i ate 1 carrot for breakfast on day 2 with the potato and i ate 1 ear of corn for dinner... will it affect my weight loss?

also, can i start the diet again after having one day of rest or will it be too much for my body? and how much chicken can i eat if i substitute chicken for beef? will eating chicken instead of beef make me lose more weight? thank you!

the corn can but keep going.
chicken 4 to 5 oz per meal. chicken is great.
wait 1 week minimum in between plans first round and after that 2 week minimum.

how much chicken broth am i allowed to put in the soup? and how many meals can i eat that 5 oz chicken? is late-afternoon snack included? thank you so much, by the way!!

broth: days 5 and 6 a cup each meal or so. 3 meals day 5 and 4 day 6 if you like. :)

I have started my 1st day today with a bowl of fresh fruits and plain water. Hope I could sustain till the end of the day.
