I am on the 3rd day of GM Veg, Is this proper what i m eating???????????

    GM Diet 7 Days Diet Plan – Veg
    Day 1
    8.30 to 9 AM - Do have 1 cup of diced Apples + 2 glasses of water.
    10.30 to 11 AM - 1 bowl raw Papaya or Kiwi + 2 glasses of water.
    12 to 1.30 PM - 1 bowl of Watermelon/ muskmelon + 2 glasses of water.
    4 to 4.30 PM - 1 bowl of raw Papaya or Oranges + 2 glasses of water.
    6 to 6.30 PM - 1 glass Coconut water.
    8 to 9 PM - 1 bowl of Water Melon or Oranges + 2 glasses of water.

    Day 2
    8 to 9 AM - 1 cup of boiled Potato + 1 or 2 glasses of water.
    10:30 to 11 AM - 1 bowl of Cabbage or red lettuce (raw) + 2 glasses of water
    12 to 1 PM - 1 Tomato, 1 Cucumber and ½ boiled beet + 2 glasses of water
    4 to 5 PM - 2 Tomatoes or 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes and drink 2 glasses of water.
    7 to 8 PM - Boiled Broccoli, Cauliflower and Asparagus with salt and spices + 2 glasses of water. (Lime water)

    Day 3
    8 to 9 AM - Start with lime water. Later 1 Apple or 1 Cup of diced Melon along with 2 glasses of water.
    10 to 11 AM - 1 bowl of Muskmelon mixed with Papaya and try to drink at least 2 glasses of water.
    12 to 1 PM - 1 bowl of mixed cucumber, lettuce and tomato with ½ boiled beet and 2 glasses of water.
    4 to 5 PM - 1 Orange or ripe mango and consume 2 glasses of water.
    7 to 8 PM - 1 bowl of boiled Broccoli, fresh greens and raw papaya (or Veg Soup) & 2 glasses of water.

    Day 4
    8 to 8:30 - Have a large Banana paired with 1 glass of warm milk (250ml).
    10 to 11 AM - Banana shake (250ml milk + 2 bananas)
    12 to 1:30 PM - Large bowl of vegetable soup. Consider either the soup made from Tomatoes or Cabbage.
    4:30 to 5 PM - Banana shake (2 bananas + 250ml milk)
    7:30 to 8 PM - Get yourself a vegetable soup + 1 banana. (or banana milk shake)

    Day 5
    Breakfast – 2-3 boiled eggs
    Mid-Morning – 2 tomatoes, A Bowl Sprouts (with lemon water) + 3 glasses of water 4-5 Glasses of water
    Lunch – A Bowl of Brown Rice, 2 tomatoes, Palak Paneer (Spinach and Paneer)
    Evening- Sprouts Salad with onions, lemon juice, pepper and a pinch of salt.
    Dinner- Light Curry made from Soy Chunks/ Vegetable Soup, Cucumber and tomato salad made
    from 1 cucumber and 2 tomatoes. (or Brown rice with Kaboli channa)
    Day 6
    8 to 8:30 - 2-3 boiled eggs
    10 to 11 AM - A bowl of sprouts with 1 bowl of vegetable soup + 3 glasses of water 4 – 5 glasses of water
    12 to 1:30 PM - Brown rice with vegetables + 3 glasses of water
    4:30 to 5 PM - 1 medium size bowl of Red Kidney beans with tomato soup. + 3 glasses of water
    7:30 to 8 PM - Mixed vegetables with brown rice. + 3 glasses of water

    Day 7
    8 to 8:30 - 1 bowl or brown rice with mixed vegetables
    10 to 11 AM - fruits mainly strawberries
    12 to 1:30 PM - 1 bowl or brown rice with some cooked vegetable + slice of mango or melon to satisfy appetite
    4:30 to 5 PM - 1 bowl strawberries or sprouts
    7:30 to 8 PM - 1 bowl of brown rice mixed with vegetables of our choice.

    too much papaya day 3, cut it at dinner
    way too many bananas, only 4
    the potato needs good fat day 2
    day 5 way off, you only get 3 meals, snacks can be pain veg or wonder soup. each meal needs good fat. Day 6 same.
    day 7 OK, but brown rice not good white better.

    For day 5 & 6 can i have brown rice with chick peas or red kidney beans????????

    In the first 4 days of my Gm diet i felt my body light but today is my 7th day of diet and i feel heavy ..... during the 4th day i was weighing 77 and today when i weighted its still the same ..... y so???? i have followed everything on time...... PLease advise.

    i weighted on my 7th day i.e. yesterday morning it was still 77 and today morning also i weighted its the same 77... :( can i start the GM diet again from tomorrow i really need to loose the weight as soon as possible.....

    brown rice and chik peas on day 6 and day 7 white rice with vegetables and dal..... anyways i have started the diet again from today, its my 1st day and my weight is 78kgs. lets see how much i loose this time..... i will need you guidance, please help me in letting me know if i going right, today only fruits early morning i skipped.
    so
    10am - 1 apple with water
    1 pm - water melon with water
    4 pm - 1 orange - with water
    6 pm - coconut water
    8 pm - water melon and 1 apple with water

    let me know if should add or cut down any fruits..... i cant have papaya as i m alergic to it.....

    i m on my 2nd day of diet

    10am - 2 potatoes with water
    1 pm - vegetable soup (cabbarge, green pepper, carrot, celery, tomato & spices) with water
    4 pm - 1 bowl salad (red lettuce, cabbage, tomato, carrot, cucumber) - with water
    6 pm - only water
    8 pm - veg soup (same as above)

    without the good fat that is not good. you must have good fats or your hormones will crash so to speak. you need good fat for true weight loss. we state that very carefully on day 4 if you read our site.

    Potatoes are always said to be good in fats, thats the reason i had 2. today as its my 3rd day i had
    8am - 1 apple
    10am - small bowl of water melon with 1 glass of water
    1 pm - vegetable soup (cabbarge, green pepper, carrot, celery, tomato & spices) with water
    4 pm - 1 bowl watermelon
    6 pm - only water
    8 pm - raw salad & Water melon

    tomorrow on my 4th day i will be having
    8 am - 1 glass of warm milk with little sugar and 1 banana
    10 am - 1 glass banana milk shake (made out of 3 bananas, 500 ml milk & little sugar) will use the left out in evening
    12 pm - vegetable soup
    4pm - left over banana milk shake
    8pm - vegetable soup

    potato's are pure carbs, pure starch they have no good fat. once again please read the plan more carefully. example we are clear no carrots
