I've done one round of this and lost 8lbs. Woot woot! I've just finished a full week on my normal nutrition plan and I've maintained. I'm going to Jamaica on September 7 and I was wondering if it's safe to do one week on/one week off until then? I don't think I could go continuously but I do want to lose as much as possible by the time we leave.

You could try it, you may want to consider the plan I put in the after 7 days forum, you may lose doing it as well.
