HI. I just started the diet Friday morning. It’s now Saturday night, so Day 2 is coming to a close. I did everything I was supposed to.. Day 1 I just had mangos, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, an orange, a guave and 2 grapefruit – plus the recommended glasses of water. but this morning around 11 am, for the start of Day 2, I had broccoli, a few slices of carrot, and then a can of chick peas and fava beans.. stupid! I didn’t realize I wasn’t supposed to have thosse beans and chick peas until i googled and found this page. Has this one meal of chick peas / fava beans ruined my diet plan? is there anything I can do to counteract it? I’ve only had light greens since that one mistake.
