Hello,
I'm on Day 2 and I have lost 1kg so far!
Just had my potato and I shall be having lettuce, cucumber, tomato, mint and green pepper salad for lunch with some lemon and salt. Is it ok to add a tsp of olive oil to that? How often can I use olive oil? Can I add it to my wonder soup as well?

I would consider using it 2 times on Day 2, it was needed on the potato. Other than day 4, day 1, day 3 and 7 need some. Say once or twice.

Day 5 and 6 naturally should have it in beef, meaning good fat.

I'm on day 3 today and had the following:
Breakfast: 1 green apple
Snack: 1 bowl rockmelon
Lunch: Wonder soup
Snack: 2 oranges
Dinner: Fruit juice (orange, mango, pineapple)
Just realized that you don't recommend fruit juices! I'm afraid I have done wrong! HELP!

Keep rolling, drinking sugar right before bed is a bad idea. However you should be fine day 1.

Hello again! I'm on day 4 now and all is well :) I already lost 2.2kg!
I was wondering about day 5 though, shall i stick to tomatoes only or can I combine it with cucumber and mint leaves with a pinch of salt and lemon for a light salad?
Also, am I allowed to snack on cherry tomatoes during the day?

Sure, the light salad idea is great.

Do not snack on too many, you get a full/meal - snack extra day 6 though.

Oh! is it? Thank you! :) I'm about to end Day 5 and this morning I had lost 2.5 kg in total.
I'm a bit worried though that my weight loss has slowed down drastically after day 2 (could it be the fruit juice at the end of day 3? :()
Anyways, I had beef steak with tomato salad today. I was wondering if tomorrow I can switch to chicken? Is it ok to alternate meals or should I choose the beef or chicken for the whole detox?

chicken, fish, does not matter at all so go with what you prefer. Was the juice fresh squeezed?

Yes! It was a mix of freshly squeezed orange, mango and pineapple.. I would say it was a big portion though, around 500ml..
Anyhow, I'm on my day 6 today and I've lost 2.9kg in total and reached my ideal weight of 60kg :)

Great news on the loss. Keep in mind never drink juice (pure sugar) at night normally. Nice job though
