Hello, I have read this diet on many different sites and am confused as to the amount allowed to consume. One site states you can eat till your hearts content, then another states to have a apple in the morning, a melon and lunch and another fruit at dinner.

read each day and follow the plan. It is not each as much as you want, there is no fruit on day 2, day 3 is laid our well already :)

That's right. It is really very base, little carbs, good fiber and filling. Not that this is a low carb diet, meaning it will not ruin your day.

eat soup any day you need food
you can have those fruits also
