Hi! I've almost made it through day 1. I am a teacher who just started spring break. I felt I needed to do this diet away from the classroom since it requires so much water intake. I'm struggling with drinking all 8-10 glasses, but it's much easier at home than it would be in the classroom. I've been pretty hungry, and I finally caved in and made some soup. I used the Weight Watchers zero points recipe that is very similar to the one posted here. It was a welcome relief!

I am determined to stick to this diet all week to jump start a healthier way of living!

drink water when you need, don't over do it.
