Hi..Thank you for a wonderful diet plan..
I would like to say that can u please help me with Day 5 eating menu as I m veg..What kind of brown rice should I take?
And can u please elaborate the veg. Diet chart as Its difficult to understand what to eat and wat not. It will be really grateful to guys if you put some recipes related to the days.

Hi..Thanx for ur reply. I m following the same.it. Wanted to know whether whole day can have rice? Or anything else as well..

As described in other original menu beef patty option is given in lunch n dinner..so this ws my concern.

And one more thing I was feeling hungry but didn't want to have rice again and again as feel heavy to have it.So had peach.Will it effect?

the rice would sub the beef for lunch and dinner then.
not too concerned about a peach since this diet is big on fruit :)

Thanx Kevin...one more question that can I repeat this diet? I was 67kgs bt now lil close to 64.i feel I lost less.
I even drunk less water than instructed..

You can, this is not the type diet you can build an immunity to, but better to be careful to repeat too much :)

Remember it is mostly what you do after that will dictate your overall weight.
