Hey!
I am so upset with myself for having forgotten that I am on Day 3 of the diet and not Day 4! I realized only after having eaten a banana and drinking a glass of milk. Can you please help me, I do not know if I should follow the diet of Day 4 or Day 3! Really confused! Please help me!

Just swap the days, it should be OK :)
