Health on day 3

Hi,
On day 1 I did a squat exercise, I ate 3 apples and almost 2 litres of water
On day 2 (yesterday) morning I did the same execrise but higher insensity, then I drank a cup of warm water and lemon (no sugar) and a boiled potato. At lunch, afternoon snack and dinner I ate boiled cabbage, boiled baby pak choy (chinese cabbage) and cabbage soup with a little spring onion, all the dishes were seasoned with salt and I drank 2 litres of water, I was very hungry at night
I lost 1kg after 2 days, I didn't eat much, right ?
And on day 3 (today) I woke up and felt that my heartbeat was fast and I was really tired, it was hard to walk and to go upstair, my hands and legs was tremble. I had an apple for breakfast and a cup of water but I didn't feel better so I ate a steamed dumpling (pork, 1 boiled quail egg and half of yolk salted duck egg inside) and I wasn't tired any more
So I want to ask you does the dumpling ruin my diet ? And I got tired because of using too much salt or eating too little ? I forgot to tell you, I also have a innate heart disease, does it affect the reason why I was tired ?

any good fat on the potato? You are working out way to hard, stressing out your adrenals, we say DO NOT exercise hard. you have zero protein for muscle rebuild. Yes wheat ruins the diet. However seems like you need to come off.

Yes your heart will affect you and likely cause tiredness. Beware of the Americanized over working out mentality for health. Example: I am a caregiver. I was in complete adrenal burnout. Seeing a functional care doc, I worked to heal. I lost all of my excess weight exercising ZERO! Why not exercise? My adrenals needed to heal. Now that they are I can do some HIT or Burst training.

try and think nutrient dense living. think what can I do to heal and nurture my heart.

Glad to hear that Kev :) on day 5 and 6 can I eat eggs, pork and a little of coconut water ?
you use can, 3 eggs max per meal.
