Greetings ! 10 days ago I completed the full 7 days and lost 8 lbs ( 3.6 k) . I feel much better ! During the last few days post diet I've been eating sensibly except for a small dish of ice cream:( which I didn't enjoy as much as the watermelon so that won't happen again ! I've maintained the weight loss during this break! I am starting a 2nd round of the diet today so I'm on Day 1. Hope to lose 10 lbs or 4.5 k this time

My question is may I substitute fish for the beef on the days that call for beef?

fish is great, yes... nice to hear someone try and eat healthy post diet.
